Description: Most studies of base-level fall concentrate on the offshore depositional components, this study is focussing looking at both the onshore and offshore components of base-level fall as they are intrinsically linked. The research aims to study the onshore and offshore depositional and erosional products and processes that occur as a result of a fall in base-level. The research is multidisciplinary with a high resolution 3D seismic data set from offshore Norway, being the focus with further work in the field and the creation of a 3D numerical model allowing a complete look at the problem.
