Description: Current research is focussed on understanding the effect of different subsidence regimes on basin-wide grainsize characteristics. My PhD research focussed on the sedimentary architecture of volcaniclastic deposits associated with the 1918 sub-glacial eruption of Katla volcano, southern Iceland.
