Register for the conference
REGISTRATION
Early-bird registration is £130 for students and £190 for a standard ticket until 28 November.

Last-minute registration (i.e. from 29 November until 15 December) will be £155 for students and £220 for a standard ticket.
Conference registration is inclusive of the conference dinner, ice breaker, lunches and refreshments during the event.
Participation in the core workshop and fieldtrip are not subject to an additional fee, but you must have bought a ticket for the conference to sign up for one or both of these events, which are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

BSRG 2025 takes place between the 16th and 18th of December. There will be an optional core workshop on the 16th of December, and an optional fieldtrip on the 19th of December.

Accommodation for the conference
There are lots of accommodation options in London at a range of price points.
Burlington House, the main conference venue, is very close to Green Park tube station, which serves the Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly lines, and also Piccadilly Circus tube station, which serves the Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines. Accommodation options near stations on these lines, but located 15-20 mins away, are likely to be much better value than those right in the centre of London while still being very convenient for the conference.
